So, if they are unable to recovery anything from the last 6 months, this whole process would be kind of worthless to me. Everything else I have in other locations. On 11/15/22 I stated in writing that, here are only a few folders on there that have been updated in the last 6 months. I was also advised that payment plans could be made. But they couldnt help with the data I lost and recommended I reach out to a data recovery service. They confirmed that they would send me a new replacement drive after I returned the broken one.
It was under warranty, so I reached out to the manufacturer. I was about 5 months into that project and my 18 TB drive crashed. I was going through the process of consolidating all my drives with my new data.
